Bean Burger

  1. In a food processor, add 1 medium onion, 2 garlic pods, a handful of coriander leaves, 1 cup soaked and boiled Red Beans (Rajma), 1 Small Beetroot (cooked) and 1/4 cup steel cut/rolled oats.

  2. Blend

  3. Season this with some salt, pepper and some oregano.

  4. Tawa roast the patties, cooking it evenly from both sides.
